Safe, Secure Storage for Your Boat, Trailer, or RV

We know that buying a boat, RV, or travel trailer is a big investment, but many of us don’t have the space or even the option of parking and storing our recreational “toys” at home. So when it comes to storing your luxury vehicles it’s important to choose a facility that provides safe and secure storage. Now you can rest easy knowing that Party Barn Boat & RV Storage is that place!

Safe, Secure Storage for Your Boat, Trailer, or RV

Conveniently located just three miles from both Lake Lavon and Lake Ray Hubbard, we offer more than 150 spaces on over five acres of land with a wide range of options including:

  • Fully enclosed units- measuring 12’x30′, these units come with either crushed asphalt or concrete sparking surfaces and offer premium protection from the elements
  • Covered spaces- with or without electricity, these spaces range from 12.5’x25′ to 12.5 ‘x60’ and some even include pull-through parking
  • Open spaces-our most affordable option, these 13’x25′ uncovered spots can accommodate a wide array of vehicles

In addition, 12-inches of crushed asphalt provides a stable parking surface that ensures that water drains away from your vehicle, helping to protect your tires and undercarriages during wet winter months.

At Party Barn Boat and RV Storage your space also comes with the convenience of self-service. When you store with us you have a personal ID and gate code that allows you to enter the facility without leaving the comfort of your car or truck anytime during our business hours (from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm). Tips for Keeping Your Boat Trailer Safe and Sound

A boat trailer may not be as glamorous as the watercraft that rides atop, but that same boat the trailer carries is going nowhere without it. That is why your boat trailer is worthy of the utmost care and protection, and why you should take steps to properly maintain it. Below are a few tips that will help you keep your boat trailer working well for years to come.

Tips for Keeping Your Boat Trailer Safe and Sound

Service Wheel Bearings Annually

The wheel bearings in your trailer’s wheels are regularly exposed to water and all kinds of muck, and this can eventually cause damage if not addressed. An annual cleaning and servicing will go a long way to protecting them from corrosion and failure. You can perform the task yourself, but if you aren’t sure you want to tackle this dirty job, take your trailer to a qualified mechanic for help.

Inspect the Trailer Regularly for Signs of Damage

Another tip that keep your boat trailer happily rolling along is to inspect it regularly for signs of damage. For example, take a close look at the hitch tongue to make sure the locking mechanism moves freely. Other areas you should check are the leaf springs, axles and other metal components that may rust if neglected.

In addition, check all the lights to ensure they illuminate; have a helper press the brake pedal and flip the turn signal indicator while the trailer is hooked up to the tow vehicle. Promptly replace any burned-out bulbs to prevent a possible accident or traffic citation.

Store Your Trailer at Party Barn Boat & RV Storage

Finally, keep your boat trailer stored at Party Barn Boat & RV Storage. Our facility has plenty of room for you to maneuver your trailer safely, and you can choose from a variety of storage options, including both covered and uncovered.

We also secure our facility from outside intruders, and you will be given a private gate code that allows for convenient access. In short, you will know your trailer is safe and sound at Party Barn Boat & RV Storage.

Optimum Trailer and Boat Storage

In the Summer, nothing is more exciting than being able to take a vacation. And when you can stay in your own trailer, sail on your own boat it just makes it even better! But when the cooler weather comes, you need to find a good place to store your home away from home. Sure you could just park it in your yard or driveway, but not only is that not the most eye catching way to decorate your house, but your dream boat can also get in the way. Trailers and boats take up a lot of room – room that you could be using for your vehicles or even just extra space. When you decide it’s time to store your boat or trailer, check out Party Barn! We have just the place to keep your recreational vehicle.
